Shipping Policy

The "Freshly Squeezed" Process

At Stink Face Designs, we don't have a dusty warehouse full of old art. Every single "Stink Face" canvas is made to order specifically for you. This ensures the highest quality, prevents waste, and means your art hasn’t been sitting around in a damp box.

1. Fulfillment (The Printing Phase)

It takes 2–5 business days to create your custom canvas. Once our printing team gives it the "all clear," we package it with care and hand it off to the shipping carrier.

Note: During peak holiday seasons, fulfillment may take an extra day or two. Quality takes a little time, but we promise it’s worth the wait.

2. Shipping Estimates (The Traveling Phase)

Once your order leaves the facility, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • USA: 3–6 business days

  • Canada: 6–12 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Total estimated time from click to "on your wall" is typically 7–11 business days for US orders.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Orders over $50: FREE Standard Shipping (USA only).

  • Orders under $50: Flat rate shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

4. Where’s My Sh*t? (Tracking)

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. It may take 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update once the carrier scans the package. You can follow your "Stink Face" every step of the way from our door to yours.

5. Damaged or Lost Items

We take great pride in our packaging, but sometimes the "Stink" happens.

  • Damaged in Transit: If your canvas arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage and the packaging and email us at [Your Support Email] within 10 days of delivery. We will send a replacement out to you immediately at no extra cost.

  • Lost in Transit: If your package is lost in the mail, don't sweat it. If the tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, contact us and we will get a new one into production for you.

6. Address Errors

Please double-check your "throne room" address! If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

7. Customs and International Fees

For our international fans: Some countries charge customs fees or import taxes. These are out of our control and are the responsibility of the customer.
